He achieved NAI Capital Club in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and was the O.C. Senior Marketing Consultant of the Year in 1998 at Grubb & Ellis. In 2005, Steve was voted a "Top 40 Under 40" professional by Real Estate Southern California magazine and is currently on the Board of Advisors at Chapman University's Institute for Real Estate.
